Hello,

The import button is missing in our enterprise portal in order to upload text file to create users in our portal.

Can you please help to activate the import button?

Thanks.

Hi Romain,

It's an option by itself in second level navigation of User Administration role. Hope you've found it by now. See attached.

Thanks,

Hello Santarshi,

Normally the import button should be aside the Export button as shown in the screenshot which is not the case.

Thanks.

Hello Santarshi,

Thank you for your response.

I did not have the required roles which caused the problem, after assigning my user with the roles, i can now see the import button.

Kind Regards,
