Check input date at classical screen

Hi all.

A have a problem. In our system the we saving FI-document we must entering document ext date. For this in open_fi_perform i call screen 0100, but when i entering incorrect date at screen i see message 00(65) only with close button and then sceen closes.

But in other screen in my z-program the screen remains open until the correct date is entered.

How can I resolve that program, Maybe is bug?
