Has anyone implemented the new Overpayment and Recovery claims service recently? I have seen lots of notes and questions but the last ones were in 2013. Anyone recently changed from the old claims processing to this new Overpayment Recovery tool. I am in need of a good configuration document to help me as the Customer would like to implement this.
I know of 1 major US Payroll outsourcer (BPO) that uses it extensively. It works great as the basis for initiating the recovery process...with recovery process outside of SAP w 16 variations based on states.
