Partner with the partner role Z1 cannot be converted

Hi guys,

I am facing a problem with service contract replication to ECC. If there is a sales rep partner (Z0000012 partner funciton) in the transaction I get the below error after replication.

• Partner with the partner role Z1 cannot be converted

In complaints we use the same partner function, however, there is mapping code in CRM_DATAEXCHG_BADI to convert this partner GUID to partner number and vice versa on return from ECC so it replicates without errors.

All other necessary customizing has been maintained.

However, for service contracts, I get this error since the above BAdi is not triggered. Is there any other Badi for this purpose or a solution to solve this.

Use CRM_EXT_BILLING for partner manipulation.
