I have a user that received a new machine and can no longer enter PO item text using Word. She could do this on her old machine. I checked RSCPSETEDITOR and verified she has SAPscript box ticked under "Use MS Word as Editor" just like her peers who can successfully use Word. When the affected user tries to use the "Change Editor" function under the GOTO menu, she received the "Unable to find template" message (SOFFICEINTEGRATION321). I had her log onto her peer's machine and all works well. When her peer logs onto the affected machine, she receives the same error message. So I have narrowed it down to the machine itself and not a user profile. Both users are using Word 2010 as well. I saw a few various similar issues in the community, but haven't been able to resole this one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
