Can we assign a default timezone for users

Guys,

I am currently using Active Directory to bring users into the portal; is there a way I can assign default timezone to all the users (say Eastern Time Zone).

Note: I do not want to modify time zone individually.

Hi all,

We had some problems with Portal timezone (Portal x OS timezone). The following procedure resolves this:

"From J2EE Server Instance (Windows Server) set your time to a different timezone, apply and then back to the original timezone". After reset your instance.
