Delta ODS Recordmode R

I added a new source system (SAP BW 740) to our BW and copied the data model of existing source system (SAP 700). For the the datasource 2LIS_11_VASCL I face different delta behavior for deletions when loading to DSO.

I existing DSO a cancelation looks like this in change log (own line for R recordmode):

In my new DSO I face different situation for the cancelation in change log:

Both (DSO and Transformation) are equal (created as a copy including mapping to 0storno). Also data in PSA is identical.

But by any reason in my new DSO the R is not in an own line in change log and the deletion is not transferred to next DSO’s. I checked already table ROOSOURCE. Both datasources have same delta setting “ODS”.

Are there additional setting for individual DSO? Or is the different level of source system causing this?

Hi Juan,

Do you have an enhancement in the Extractor 2LIS_11_VASCL?

If yes: Is the enhancement implemented in the same way in the 2 source systems (Q1 and Q4)?

I've seen some cases where the Extractors have some custom ABAP Code in the Source system and this potentially could lead to different results, for example, if you perform a BINARY SEARCH and the data was not previously sorted using the correct key fields.

Also, double check your transformations and make sure the mapping looks exactly the same for the fields STORNO, ROCANCEL and RECORDMODE.
