Error: unable to connect to service WebiPlugin.WebiSession BO4.1

Hi,

I have a publication task that sends about 200 mail with attachment (xlsx, pdf ...) But sometimes I have a failure report on about twenty of them. The error is:

"unable to connect to service WebiPlugin.WebiSession .....SI_SERVER_LOGON_SESSION=1 (FWM 01006) "

I have already looked up:system ressources ,network,CMS .I also shifted my sending task...

Would you have another idea can be settings(WebIntelligenceProcessingServer timeout ) Or something like that?

    Hi,

    You can check if your Webi Processing Servers had restarted when the issue happened.

    In addition, you can also click if any health light of the Webi Processing Servers turns to be yellow or red. If so, you can click the light and check if memory max threshold count and memory max threshold count are not zero.

    My suggestion is to increase the value of Memory Upper Threshold and Memory Maximum Threshold in the Properties of all your Webi Processing Servers.
