Customer invoice web service

Hi Cloud Team,
We are extracting customer invoices from ByDesign. One of the issue we are facing is that we cannot extract a correct delivery date / fulfilment date from the invoice web service Query_customer Invoice.

If you look at the preview of a customer invoice you can see fulfilment date exist. but it is not appearing on the web service response message?


This is a very critical issue we have to go live next week and no other alternative is available

That is correct. I have created an incident yesterday but haven't heard anything back.

Would be great if you provide any suggestion as this a critical issue

Hi Bilal,

unfortunately, I cannot contribute a solution here.

I just wanted to make sure, that you don't expect SAP to provide the solution here (instead of in the incident).

If it's a showstopper for go-live you should give our support a phone call ASAP and point out the urgency.
