Duplicate emails triggering in SOST and recived by approver in mail box for Purchase Requisition

Hello All ,

Duplicate emails are triggered for approver in SOST and his mail box.

1 .Already traced and only 1 Workflow event is triggering.

2. In ME53N also only one workflow is triggered for one PR.

3. Also checked SWETYPV and SWE2 for linkage and dupicacy nothing found.

Kindly suggest me correct solution its urgent.

First insure there are actually multiple mails and not only multiple lines displayed in SOST: sort the displayed data by some id like 'Send Request GUID' one value is one mail, but you can see multiple lines if multiple receivers.

I checked and also I have outlook configured even I am reciving duplicate email.

Can you suggest .

Hi,

First you have to find out where the entries in SOST come from. Also check if this isn't caused by a CC in the email sender options.

Also check if it comes from a workflowtemplate, where the step is that creates the entry in SOST.

I think you have to check the workflow design for mail steps or notification steps

All of you thanks ,It was issue with workflow throwing error after upgrade and creating inconsistency .
