4.6d to ECC 6.0 upgrade

Hi Folks,

I am in an upgrade project from 4.6d to ECC 6.0.

I want some information on FIT analysis in the upgradation process. This is my first upgrade project and do not have any idea about that. Can you plesae give me some idea about FIT and GAP analysis.
