Automatic generation of email whenever delivery date is changed

1) A sales order will be created vai t-code VA01 and the user will give the scheduled delivery date, order is saved.

2) Whenever a SCHEDULED delivery date is changed by tcode VA02 and order is saved. An automatic e-mail should be generated to the outlook mailbox of the sales partner. The email of sales partner is maintained in the e-mail field of the sales partner.

Q) Is there any userexit exist for this particular scenario? If possible plz send me the code for this particular scenario and help me resolve the issue.

Any help to regarding this is issue will be greatly appreciated.

go through the folloing

Go to se93 and give the tcode to find the main program associated to it.

Go to se38 and give the main program.

Find the package associated to it.Go to->Object Directory Entry.

Go to smod transaction.

Press f4.

Press Information System Button.

Give the Project(Dev Class).

Press enter.

Find the enhancements associated

Hi sreenivasulu,

I followed all the steps you have mentioned.

But I am unable to know which user-exit triggers my requirement. I am able to see some 15 to 20 userexits but unable to find the exact userexit. I even went in to sapmv45a prg and checked for userexits, I found some include prgs which starts with 'zz' and contains some userexits in it.

Plz help me find which user exit triggers my requirement.

Is there any fuunction module that exist for the triggering of automatic email to the customer, when ever a delivery scheduled date is changed?

Requirement is to generate an email to the customer when ever a change in the delivery scheduled occurs. the email should contian the infromation like the reason of change of date, previous date, current date, etc.

Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Plz i need it urgently.
