RSAP0001 Exit not called during extraction

Hi Everyone,

I have a problem while using RSAP0001 in R/3 for the extractors. In Development System its fine but not during my QA testing in the QA System.

The Project and the Program and the Include is all activated and active.

But when I do an execution of the datasource 2LIS_02_ITM (which I have added in a code in the customer exit to populate some of the fields) in RSA3 using debug mode, I notice that it skips the customer.

I placed a breakpoint at the case statement for the datasource in the customer exit and notice it does not go in at all.

Is there anything that could cause the problem?

Everything is active but its still not working.
