Adding T&C pages to Quotation form output

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to have T&C pages after every Quotation(VA23) form. Currently the design is, 7 pages of T&C scanned Images(.BMP) is uploaded in SE78. It has been added as image to each page window after Quotation details in Adobe form. Because of this design the size of each form upon saved is becoming nearly 5MB!

SO10 is not considered seeing the vulnerability of anyone to change it.

Please suggest a design to reduce the size. Tried .PNG format uploading in MIME repository but its remaining same size.

Are there are actual graphical images in T&C or is it just the text?

If it's just the text and you don't want to use SO10 then you could use a text module instead (assuming this is a Smart Form).

7 pages of T&C? Oh dear... Customers must "love" this...

Edit: just noticed it's Adobe form - don't know if text modules available there but maybe something similar. Unless the text changes frequently.

Hi Jelena,

SO10 is not accepted by legal team saying its vulnerability of changing.. Either PDF or Image is accepted..

Any suggestion..
