Creating Multiprovider from Cube and Infoobject failed

Hi, all!

I have strange problem.

When I try to create multiprovider from cube and infoobject. It shows to me only fields of IO as available for including in multiprovider. Filter = <All info-objects>

I tried independent IOs and IOs, included in Cube.

Nothing helps.

Why. AFAIK, there is no limitations on using different data providers

Have you tried filtering by infoprovider = <your_cube>?.

Check identificators marked in definition of multicube.

For queries, joining cube and IO in one multiprovider give a lot of problems, it is not a join, if you filter by month in your query (for example) no data for IO match this selection.

      Of course. List is empty.

      Sorry, it's my mistake.

Cube became inactive, because of changes of its IOs. So MC don't let use cube's IOs

    Emerald,

It should work. Tried on our dev system and it works.

However, do remeber that multi-providers still work in the same way, i..e on over lapping characteristics.

    Cheers
