Missing fields in reports after EHP8 update

Recently we updated our system from EHP5 to EHP8. Since then some hidden fields, which can be shown by changing the layout, are not available anymore in reports. For example transaction FAGLL03 (G/L Account Line Item Display), fields personnel number or material.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix that?

The problem was that some structures were not correctly generated. A solution is to create a new field and delete it. This will generate the structures. Notes 2127600 and 984305 are useful.
