Field ServiceRequestClassificationCode in Service Request C4C

Hi pros,

How can I find a field ServiceRequestClassificationCode in Service Request in C4C using Cloud Application Studio?

I can find this field only in Data Workbench using Ticket template.

I need this field since I need to create an action in Cloud Application Studio to automatically mark Service Requests as irrelevant if they follow specific criterias. I also tried to just record a code 3 (for value "Not relevant") in this field using Workflows, but the this field is not available in the workflows either.

Hi,

You can access this field by Root->ServiceTerm->ServiceRequestClassificationCode in ABSL via SDK.

Please not that this field is not enabled for Write Access so it wont be possible to change the value directly by passing the value from ABSL.

Is there an action somewhere that can record a value "Not relevant" into it?

There should be one as there is a button "Set as Irrelevant" in Service Request.

Hi,

Yes but the action linked to this button is not released as part of PSM.
