How can I find a field ServiceRequestClassificationCode in Service Request in C4C using Cloud Application Studio?
I can find this field only in Data Workbench using Ticket template.
I need this field since I need to create an action in Cloud Application Studio to automatically mark Service Requests as irrelevant if they follow specific criterias. I also tried to just record a code 3 (for value "Not relevant") in this field using Workflows, but the this field is not available in the workflows either.
