In Sales Quote PRICE COMPONENT drop down list Manual conditions are not available

Dear Experts,

In our current solution we are using C4C sales quote functionality using External Pricing of SAP CRM . In the first call of external pricing we are able to get price list/condition types and corresponding pricing procedure . As a second step we are trying add some manual conditions ( which are configured in the pricing procedure ) from the pricing component drop down .

But drop down list shows empty .. however we have validated code list mapping , external pricing are up to date as per best practice.

Strange thing was we are able to same manual conditions types in another sales quote document type in same tenant . But Pricing procedure and external document type was different .

Alternatively i have tested creation of sales quote in SAP CRM system directly and am able to trigger same pricing procedure and able add manual discount type.

we are not why this issue was only in C4C and for this newly created sales quote document type ?

Can anyone please suggest your ideas on how to overcome from this problem ? If you have any relevant blogs or links please share the details.

Dear Nagaraju,

Ability to add or modify External Price Components in C4C is always dependent on the indicators sent from external system in pricing response message. What you can do is enable A2X Trace in C4C, and perform pricing for both quotes where you see the difference, look for the node CreateEnabledItemPriceSpecification for the respective Price Components.

If the issue is still not resolved, then kindly report an incident to SAP.
