AVC Derivation rule does not work

Hello,

I have create derivation rule for AVC. The rule work properly in derivation rule test, but when I create FI document by T-code F-90, the AVC check in wrong budget address. I active derivation rule track. The system get the CI but difference from derivation rule, but when I check the derivation step, there is nothing. When I click on "Derive" button, then the CI get derive properly, but as I continue process, system still check AVC in the wrong CI.

When I try with other T-code (ex: FB60), the derivation is performed properly.

This happen after I deactive 1 step to test another case. After done with test, I had active this step.
