Dear all,
I have customer purely used 9.2 Web Browser Access to SAP B1, they are in 9.2 PL06.
They can use it, but randomly around 2~3 weeks, they will suddenly cannot login to browser and once we restart the Browser Access Service, then they can login again.
Below is my setting in Browser Access Service:-
1. Initial Processes = 3
2. Maximum Processes = 10
3. Idle Processes = 3
Anyone experience the same here?

Please refer SAP note 2307726 - Browser Access - Monitoring service for Browser Access processes.
We do not need start browser service. SAP has provided to monitor and kill process.
