Ask HR Tiles - to change name of Create ticket Tile

Hi Experts,

Is there any way Tile names can be changed for the attached Tile only .

This is for create-new-ticket.png Create New Ticket Tile

Anyone who has done tis change previously ?

I mean changing it from Create New ticket to Create New Inquiry.

Also how to change the graphics and plus sign ?
