Good evening I can not access the SAP PartnerEdge reason: multiple accounts, I already changed the password I contacted the support but I could not solve.

Can someone help me?

Boa noite não consigo acessar o SAP PartnerEdge motivo: múltiplas contas, já troquei a senha entrei em contato com o suporte mas não consegui resolver.

Hi Fabiano,

This appears as though it may be a browser issue.

Can you please close all windows and to clear your temporary files - including your browsing history - before re-opening one of our portal pages with your amended settings; this will ensure your changes are taken into account.

Could you also make sure that you are logging in with your S-User number rather than your email?
