Hi everyone,

Could you please help me out in the issue relating to the service entry sheet.

I would like to reverse the SES respectively change/adjust the data volume. Unfortunately, the CATS data I have at the moment in the entry sheet refers to January and February. In that case I need to delete the February data, but I have no idea how to do it.

My entry sheet is not accepted. I can't change into the edit mode. Generally, the SES isn’t editable at all. What I get following message SE001: Buffer table not up to date.

What should I do? :/

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

anna

As mentioned in note 798361, "- An already existing entry in CATS, which is greater than zero, is removed (i.e., the value is set to zero). This creates an negative entry sheet with quantity -1, a movement type '161' and the retour flag set (to cancel the old entry).".

So firstly, you need to accept the original SES, and then remove the related value in the time sheet, then there will be a reversal SES be generated, you need also accept the reversal SES. In case you cannot accept the SES due to the error SE001, the note 2168168 might be helpful.

I recommend to read the OSS note 2168168 - Error: SE001 when displaying or revoking a service entry sheet

And also search for existing community content, there are several wikis, blogs and questions regarding this error, probably none related to CATS but the error is usually based on an inconsistency and the wiki explains a situation how it comes to such inconsistencies while the OSS note has a solution to fix the inconsistency.

try this search term in Google: "Buffer table not up to date" ml81n site:sap.com
