unable to login SAP CR enterprise using restful -- error code FWM 00006

Restful Web services giving below error response. CMC web console login is working for the same credentials..

CR enterprise uses web services (dswsbobje) not restful, that error indicates a failed login using AD user/password

AD logins are setup via java options to the web/application server. Are you trying to login with AD? Does this work for CMC or BIlaunchpad? or are you trying to login with SSO?
