Middleware_Data Transfer_Product category

Dear Friends,

I am downloading Data from R/3 to CRM. I have downloaded BP's through BUPA_MAIN.

Now i wants to down load Products from R/3 to CRM. For that we made a initial load of object:DNL_CUST_PROD0. It was successful.

Then if am i correct, we need to download the following object also. That is DNL_CUST_PROD1.(For product categories). While initial downloading of this object it is saying some error.

The error is:

Importing of material hierarchy ZCEMENT is not possible.

(ZCEMENT is the the category i have maintained in CRM).

Please guide me. Without downloading this object, can i move my products from R/3 to CRM?

Thanks

Senthil

    Hi Senthil,

delete the category you've created in CRM, download the material hierarchies and if necessary, recreate the category afterwards.

      Hai M,

May i know your name please. If the hierarchy exists in CRM we can not download DNL_CUST_PROD1 from R/3 to CRM, Is it so?

After downloading all the categories from R/3 then i should create a hierarchy/category in CRM...Is it?

      Thanks

      Senthil
