SAP Subcontracting - Two Pack Fees

Can SAP have two variable pack fees at the finished goods level?

the first pack fee is for the subcontracting fee for processing the finished goods.

the second fee is for blowing the preform into a bottle that feeds directly into the production line of the finished goods. management does not want to keep inventory of blown bottles, hence, the blow fee will be paid at every finished goods produced.

Can SAP then have two variable pack fees?

The in house consultant told me that SAP cannot have two variable pack fees. I would like a second opinion if this is truly the case.

and business wants both pack fees GR'd for payment once finished goods production qty is confirmed. So, in a sense, we pay blow fee equivalent to the qty of finished goods produced.

no. The blown bottles can exceed the requirement for finished goods production. But blown bottles are fed immediately into finished goods production. The business does not want a BOM (of blown bottles) within a BOM (finished goods); neither does the business want to produce for inventory. the facility is third-party operated, not owned production location.

is there a fix relation between the number of blown bottles and the quantity of the finished product?
