How can we setup auditing for SAP HR data? We want to verify which user displayed or changed specific HR data.

Yes.. it is possible .. Pl take a look at the report RPUAUD00.You will have to turn on Infotype logging by maintaining the view V_T585A,B & C. The documentation of this report is very exhaustive. Alternatelyviews, you can also use the following function modules.
