Adding language after Best Practise Activation on HANA on-premise 1610

Hi,

we´re facing a roll out of a new 1610 system with activating best practise content.

At the moment we have installed 3 languages.

The note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2309549/D describes that after activation the BP Content for the installed languages, there is no possibility for adding new languages.

How could we handle this situation if e.g. the company acquires new branches? Is there no possibility installing a new language with activated BPs?
