Error while uploading PDF to Opentext

Hi Team,

We are getting below error if we try to upload PDF document to Opentext server via SAP ERP.

If we look into the application logs,

@5C\QError@ HTTP error: 500 Internal Server Error 3017: All volumes in pool 'XX_Buffer' are locked or full - ErrorMessage:DS_NO_SPACE_ON_POO @35\QLong text exists@ @16\QDetail exists@

We have enough space and all buffers are accessible and non of the buffers are locked.

All connections and certificate are fine. This issue has started after refresh of QA where all connection and repository are same and all hostname of Opentext has been updated in OAC0.
