SRM Approve PO Flori- Approve / Reject is done only after browser refresh

Hi ,

I am facing a issue in SRM Approve PO.

When i try to Approve/Reject in the App, the action is not happening. When I refresh the browser screen and try, it's been Approved / Rejected.

The above issue is occurs in QA. It is working without any issues in Dev.

When I try to approve / Reject for first time, I can see below error in console- ""Cannot read property 'oController' of undefined""

After I refresh the browser and Approve/Reject, it's been approved correctly but in console i get the below error-

All Add on components in gateway and backend are same. SAP UI5 version is in 1.38.1 and Gateway Components:

Dev / QA- SAP_UI 750 SP04

SAP_GWFND 740 SP14

Backend Components:

Dev- SRMSERVER 714 SP01

SAP_GWFND 750 SP06

SAP_UI 750 SP06

QA- SRMSERVER 714 SP01

SAP_GWFND 750 SP01

SAP_UI 750 SP01

Please help me with some resolution.
