Hi All,
We have a requirement where finished goods is being sold from depot and manufactured at manufacturing plant. Sales order will be created at depot level, now we want to calculate planned cost based on BOM and Routing (sales order costing) at depot level.
How to achieve this without maintaining BOM and routing for Depot.
How the cost being transferred currently from manufacturing plant to Depot ?

Hi Nikhil,
for configurable materials SPK for stock transfer does not work. Please use SPK for 'Production in Other Plant' instead.

Johannes

Hi Nikhil,
you have to maintain a special procurement key (SPK) in material master data (of the finished material), costing view 1 of the depot plant. Use an SPK for stock transfer from the manufacturing plant.

Hi Johannes,
I have already maintained SPK Z1 (Stock transfer U) in MRP 2 and costing view but still raw materials and activity cost is not coming in sales order costing.
but getting below errors and warning:
W- Special procurement type Z1 ignored for configurable materials
W- Configuration of raw material still not included in price determination
I- Value of costing item 00001 in itemization is 0
E- Cost element 60001040 is not assigned to a cost component
E- Cost component split costed with value of zero
