Smartform Changes are not reflecting In Output of PO Contracts Print

I copied a standard smartfrom: /SAPPSSRM/BBP_CONTRACT into a custom smartform : ZPO_CONTRACTS_MM. After that I configured this form in NACE as follows:

But when I make changes in the smartform it doesn't reflect any change. Instead it shows the form that was in original condition ditto of the standard. Doesn't matter whatever change I make.
Can any expert help me identifying the issue?

Uhm... 1001 reason.

You didn't copy configuration to the client where you're testing
You're using a different medium that has a different form assigned (like fax here, could be others not shown)
The form is actually changing but you just don't see the changes because of some conditions
The form assignment in the configuration is ignored because some moron put a different form name in the condition record

etc., etc.

Update - do you have the right program name? Smart Forms and SAPScripts can't use the same program. So now I'm confused why you are seeing any output at all...
