LIS9 on IT0027 in dynamic actions

Hi,
I checked the forum, but I still have problems. I want to delimit IT0027 as the first part of a rehire action. I have entered the following (this is the base):

06 12 P P0000-MASSN='96'
06 15 I LIS9,0027,02,,(P0000-BEGDA),(P0000-BEGDA)

What happens, is that IT0027 is brought up in overview modus, but the row is neither picked nor delimited. I have also tried to run background (/D) without success.

1. Can IT0027 not be delimited?
2. What am I doing wrong?
