Map to Procurement Catalog

Hi!

After upload a CSV file from Supplier Catalog with content modifications, we don't have problem to view that the modifications are replicated in Master Catalog, however some modifications don't reach to Procurement Catalog, so we must to force the mapping between Master Catalog and Procurement Catalog.

We think that mapping has to work good from Supplier Catalog to Procurement Catalog passing through Master Catalog.

Anyone know how to resolve this?.

Our installation:

Hi Alfonso,

One more reason for yr desired update not happening in procurement catalog may be:

Flagging 'Required' field in the respective procurement caralog ->schema->catalog characteristics->characteristics definition ->characteristics attributes.

If this is set and the procurement catalog published then it will not allow the changes from master catalog to come in for that particular characteristic. e.g. price.

also,

have you gone for manual characteristic assignment instead of 'automatic charastristic assignment'?

Hi Alfonso

While running the program BBP_CCM_TRANSFER_CATALOG the

Force Intial transport should be click only once at the begining of the Intial Upload and after the intial upload all delta down load tick should not be on,.

secondly all changes from SRM to procutement catalog are automatically taken care off if they are mapped properly.

while mapping the procurement catalog to master catalog do following steps -

1 Go to pocurement catalog and click on the mapping option

2 select the product categories in Master catalog and in procument catalog with same decsiption.

3 below tick "with automatic charatertitics Assignment

4 click on Assign catgory button indicating that the PC of master catalog is assigned to Pc of Procutrement catalog

5 save and after saving click on the map content button so that all items in the master catalog are mapped to procurement catalog Procduct categories.

There after all changes to SRM catalog are automatically carried on to master catalog and the same moved to respective procurement catalogs.
