Need to add extra fields to HRP1008 and link it to org unit level and position

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement to create two extra fields on HRP1008 and assign those fields on org unit level. Those two fields should be inherited to the position which is linked to the org Unit.

Can you please help me in linking those fields to Org unit and Position.

Just curious why you would want to do this. You already have the "link" from org to position and to the cost assignment....why add fields directly into IT1008 for the org unit? That means you have a spot that must be kept in synch and breaks normalization rules. If you simply want to display the related org info while looking at IT1008 record, there are other/better ways to handle that.
