Generate Welcome Letter for Business Partner in ISU (FPP1)?

Hi Experts,

Here i have a new requirement as per client

When I create a new Business Partner using t.code - FPP1 and when i run the correspondence printing t.code - FPCOPARA. The welcome letter need to generate.

For this i got the Event R820 - Welcome Letter: Create Correspondence

Now my requirement is If I created a Business Partner, so the system automatically will generate a welcome letter for the partner in ISU.

How to do it?

Technically it should. Check R825 as well and see if the config is maintained in the "correspondence" for type 0017. Also make sure the relevant events (R820 and/or R825) are maintained in contract accts receivable and payable events section in the "control" view of the config for 0017 type
