ErrorCannot retrieve batch user; check transaction SOLMAN_SETUPRecheck

I am new to solution manager and I have installed Solution Manager 7.2. In Solution manager I am unable to add systems in SMSY.

When I open SMSY t-code it opens in a internet explorer browser and displayed the below message:

ErrorCannot retrieve batch user; check transaction SOLMAN_SETUPRecheck
