what are the Prerequisites to learn SAP C4C?

Hi All,

I am new to CRM. I have bit cloud knowledge. So, i want to learn C4C. Can anybody suggest me what are the prerequisites to learn SPA C4C.

Hi Kiran,

There are no major prerequisites to learn SAP C4C. If you have basic knowledge of SAP ERP ,SAP CRM and basic knowledge of Sales, Service or Marketing processes, then you are good to go.

In case you are looking to learn C4C Technical, you have to be familiar with Basic programming skills i.e., any programming language working experience is preferred.

I have 5 years of working experience in ABAP Programming and currently i am working as a CRM Technical. but i don't have in depth knowledge about CRM as i am new to it. In this case can I choose C4C Technical path? How is the market and whats the duration to complete C4C?

Yes you can choose C4C technical path. I have also been in the same path.
