Catalog data not displayed on Fiori mobile app.

Hello Experts,

I am trying to configure the standard SAP EM Transactiona - Freight Order visibility app on a mobile device. I have successfully configured it to work on a desktop and can see the tracking data using the link
http://<hostname>:<port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/FioriLaunchpad.html

However, on a mobile device I can log into the Fiori Launchpad with the same user as that on Desktop but cannot see any tiles on the homescreen. The same thing happens when I access the URL via mobile browser too.

Please suggest if there are any more configurations required for the Fiori apps to work on mobile devices.

Thank you,
Nilay Mehta

      Hi Rehan,

I agree that I will need to configure a WebDispatcher URL. However, is there a way I can use FQDN to access the app by connecting the mobile to the company landscape via VPN?

      Thanks,

    Hi Nilay,

Check tha target mapping definition. There is a flag for Desktop, Tablet and Phone.

    https://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw74/helpdata/en/2a/ec20ffda5c457d898dfb822e2a7bd3/content.htm

If the phone flag is not set, you won't see the tile on phone.
