ChaRM Home page - My messages assigned to me (widget)

Hi

We are on Solution Manager 7.2 SP4 and I have a query around the "My Messages - Assigned to Me" widget on the Home workcenter.

It seems to be only showing changes from 7.1 (we upgraded from 7.1 to 7.2). Any changes created in 7.2 (ZMCR, ZMMJ, ZMHF etc.) are not showing in here.

I checked with the SOLMANPRO business role and the same issue is happening there.

Any idea why and how to fix this?

check if there is some 'message type filter' that allows you to see only certains specified transaction types

This happens in Solution Manager 7.2. Just change “Function Category” for Partner Function 'SDCD0004 Current Processor' from '0000 Undefined Partner' to '0008 Person Responsible'.
