Using the Calendar in Infoview to select a date

If our users use the calendar to select a date in Infoview the date is displayed with "fm" at the end of the time (as opposed to am or pm). The server is in Sweden and the regional settings are set to US settings but I'm told that is not the problem. Any ideas?
