Market Segment through Contacts

I need to create a Market segment returning contacts. We have attached a number of Marketing Attributes and Channel properties to Organization business Partners. I can sort though all these details and define the Organizations that meet my required characteristics. HOWEVER, what I want to return is ALL THE "Has Contact Person" Person BP's associated to the selected Organization BPs.

We are on 4.0 CRM. We are good with everything except the last step of translating the Org BPs gathered through Segmentation into the Contact Names. The address' will still come from the Org BPs likely.

Thanks

Try to use the "B2B" flag on the "Segment" tab of the campaign in the marketing planner.

If the target group has a list of organizations and you select this B2B flag, the campaign is supposed to find the contact persons for these organizations during campaign execution.

Let me know if this helps.

I will try this. My experience with the B2B flag has been: That when I have a list of Person BPs (contacts) the flag determines whether the address information for the Contact, or the Organization is used.

I will try this other direction.
