OPEN New Windows in BSP

Hi ever body:

I ve got a problem openning a new window from a BSP application. I´m trying to launch an excel pagefrom a button (htmlb) in the previous window and reads data from an internal table.

I´m using Javascript to open the new window with this code:

window.open("newfile.xls");

My neck is hanging right now because of this, so I´d really appreciate the fastest help!!

Is newfile.xls the name of a page within your application or is this some content that you cached into the ICM under a URL you gave the name newfile.xls? Perhaps some more details would be helpful. The topic of opening excel from BSP has been heavily discussed in the past (even a lot in the last few days - with recent forum postings and some weblogs on the subject). You might find that a quick search resolves your issue.
