[BUG]Incorrect link for the tag in the activity stream

In the Activities, in "X is now following the tag" the hyperlink for the tag incorrectly leads to activities.sap.com. In the screenshot below, I hovered the mouse over the link and you can see the actual URL. It's not an oddball, all such notifications for different tags looked the same today.

Hello Jelena,

Thanks for reporting this. I am afraid this has been a known bug in the Community and awaiting resolution of other more pressing bugs to get fixed. You can see it in the Known Issues Page: http://www.sap.com/community/about/support/known-issues.known-issues.html

I will investigate further to see if we can identify any new issues related to this.
