SM 7.2 SP4: there is no text area in mailform

Hello experts!

I configure SM 7.2 Incident Management. I can't understand why the text area was gone in mailform.

Screen 1 (error):

I assume that it has occurred after activation of business functions in Tcode SFW5. Now I can't deactivate them back.

Help me please to return back to correct view of a maiform.

Never deactivate once you mark them active.
