Having issue with user search in NWBC

All,

I am having issue with user search in NWBC. installed ZLDAT program as suggested by SAP to check AD configuration. Also tested in AD with test user and working fine.

However, the program is showing one error "LDAP connector not found as Search Database"

Even though I configured AD connector as primary for Search Database. I am still getting the error. All other configurations shows Ok (Green). Please help how to resolve this issue for getting AD information to SAP access request.

Issue: I am not able to search users in NWBC. Even If I select my name, First name, Last name and Manager details are not populating in SAP access request.

Implemented as per note 2243812. copied and pasted the source code given in the note 2243812.

I am also confused about RSLDAPSYNC_USER, GRAC_USER_SYNC and Repository SYNC jobs. I do not know how the RSLDAPSYNC_USER and GRAC_USER_SYNC works.

I did not schedule any Sync Job as the Parameter "2050 - Enable Real-time LDAP search for Access Request user" is set to YES.

Also I went through the SAP note: 2027447.

1. What sync jobs should be scheduled for LDAP and why?

Sorry, but I am confused about RSLDAPSYNC_USER, GRAC_USER_SYNC and Repository SYNC jobs. I do know how the RSLDAPSYNC_USER and GRAC_USER_SYNC works.

Sri,

does your user sync job work? The user sync job should actually fill table GRACUSER and GRACUSERCONN and in NWBC you will get details populated from these tables.
