Dear All,

I am a new comer in the world of XI....

I am having lots of doubts...here are some of them....

1.What is the use of software component,Product,TS,BS in a scenario?

2.What is the use of Usage dependancy?

3. While creating a software component when we use standalone Java?</b>

1.TS,BS contains the logical and routing information which is needed for sending mesasages from one end system to another system or you can say them as communication paramater.

2.Usage dependecy is used when you want to access objects in common between SWCV.

3.If you meant standalone JAVA ts for creating SWCV,we create this for any java proxies or 4 any end systems that reside just on J2EE stack like SAP EP.

Thanx for spending ur time to solve my prob.But still my doubts are not clear regarding Usage dependancy,can u xplain it in a bit detail?

One more thing,i want to know the use of all the options that we can specify as technical system type.Like, web AS ABAP,Web AS JAva,System Landscape Directory,Standalone JAVA,Third pary and Exchange Infrastructure...

plz help me...
