SAP BOXI 4.1 : Cmc --> "Users and Groups" --> Error HTTP Status 500

Dear All,

on Cmc when I select "Users and Groups" I get the error :

HTTP Status 500 - org.apache.jasper.JasperException: java.lang.ClassCastException: Cannot cast class com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.infostore.internal.InfoObject to interface com.businessobjects.sdk.plugin.desktop.admintool.IAdminTool

This error is raised when SAP BOE Platform call list.jsp stored on :

SAP BO Installation\tomcat\webapps\BOE\WEB-INF\eclipse\plugins\webpath.CmcApp\web\Kind\User\

Any idea in order to solve this issue ?
