In Technical monitoring, alerts are generated for availability, performance and configuration issues for managed systems. But the alert notifications are generated for each data collection interval.
Is there any way that if notification is sent for any alert generated in alert inbox, there should be no further notifications until we confirm the alert in alert inbox ?
